Frederic Van Overschelde works with hot glass and light to create layered, narrative objects. By combining different elements within transparent structures, he invites the viewer to interpret and discover. His work addresses universal themes such as family, love and connection, but also pain, betrayal and alienation. From a family of neon blowers, he consciously chose a freer, artistic approach to glass.
